An exclusive, private apartment in the luxurious 'Parque Miraflores', an award winning circular building with panoramic views, set around a central patio with fountains, and tropical gardens.

A modern but stylish first floor apartment sleeps up to six (4 adults + 2 children).  The apartment comprises a spacious Lounge/Dining room with twin sofas, one of which converts to a double bed with dining facilities for six.

There is remote controlled air conditioning, Satellite television with BBC1, ITVI, Sky sports and Sky Movie channels and many more programs.  CD Hi-Fi system with CD's, talking books and a good library of good holiday reading.  Patio doors leading to a double balcony with comfortable cane furniture and dining facilities which overlook the swimming pool and superb views down to the sea, only a few minutes walk to the beach.

One double bedroom, one twin bedroom both with fitted glass fronted wardrobes with a safe in the master bedroom.

One bathroom with bath, shower, hair dryer and washing machine.  The kitchen is fully fitted with a full size fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle with many more gadgets including an iron and ironing board.

Non-smokers only, the maximum occupancy is for 4 adults and 2 children.

       


Apartment KitchenThe apartment features a bathroom with shower, a secreted washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and clothes iron and ironing board.

Should you choose to dine in, the apartment also provides an oven with hob, a microwave oven, coffee maker and electric toaster and centralised 24 hour hot-water system.

The apartment has Air Conditioning and heating.

Entertainment includes a Sky Satellite TV system with ITV1, BBC1, SKY SPORTS and SKY MOVIE Channels and many more programmes; CD hi-fi system with CD’s, Talking books; plus a Library of good holiday reading.

There is a wall safe, apartment alarm system and 24 hour resort security.

The apartment has a large spacious double balcony with table and chairs with comfortable cane furniture to relax in to enjoy the views over looking the tropical gardens, swimming pool and Sea.

To reserve the apartment, we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the rental period with the balance due 8 weeks before your arrival.  A refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to cover accidental breakages, any excess cleaning or loss of keys.  Our weekly rental prices are all-inclusive and include weekly maid service, bath and hand towels, bed linen and electricity.  To make the start of your holiday as relaxing as possible, we offer a complimentary Welcome Pack, comprising bread or bread rolls, butter, jams, mineral water, fruit juices, milk, coffee, tea and sugar.
